Default Alarm Trouble

I just bought a 99 civic si, and the alarm will go off once to touch adoor opean the glove box anything, and the remote barly works, it looks like he droped the remote at one point do you guys have any idea what i should do it is very fustrating, like should i move the shock sensor or something, and get a new remote

You can adjust the sensitivity of the impact sensor, and you can get new remotes, [have you checked the batt. in the remote]?

What is the make and model of the alarm? 94
