Default alarm question

ok so stupid rookie mistake, i was changing my battery at 8pm in 20weather cuz my battery died from cold temperature and my friend gave me a oem brand new honda battery, the connection pos and neg were reversed to the old one i had and without paying attention in a hurry i put pos on neg and neg on pos boom blew the battery fuse and the battery plates fried. so this morning went got a new battery fixed all the fuses that burnt out, but my alarm isnt working?? where would i look to fix this problem? i had some shop install so i dont know where to look?

Some alarms have fuses on the 12 volt input side. I know mine do. I would check the brain and see if that fuse blew as well.
