Default Alarm Help

Ok so i just installed my alarm, it was a clifford matrix 50.5(viper5900) in a 94 civic 4dr under the seat. I followed the alarms threads stickied on top of this forum. everything was working good for the first day. The next day i noticed my alarm was beeping 4 times at disarm instead of 2, which means somethin set off the alarm, but nothing is setting the alarm off, and it does it every time i disarm. Well after about a week i was installin a stereo and i got a spark when pullin the old one out. This blew my fuse for rear lights, instrument cluster and i had a fuse to the light signal on my alarm. well i replaced the fuses and everything was working normal again. this was for about a week and now the alarm beeps 4 times a disarm again, im confused cuz this all happened before i blew my fuse and when i replaced them it was cool. Any ideas, this is my first alarm install, everything was sodered and shrink tubed so connections are good. Thanks guys!

You attached the alarm ignition wire (pink) to ignition switch correct? I would assume so since you seem to have programmed the alarm, but check on that with a multimeter?
