Default aftermarket stereo install

I wanna install aftermarket alpine stereo to my honda accord euro 2004. I see a 14 pin male connector is left underneath factory stereo. Can i connect alpine stereo by connecting it with that 14 pin connector which is usually for connecting aux adaptor??
If yes which harness i need to connect as alpine stereo has 16 pin connector input and from where i can get that???

buy a radio adapter harness. They are cheap. DO NOT hack the factory wire harness
