Default adding a dual zone piezo

i know a dual zone piezo sensor can physically be added to a system that doesn't currently have one, but will it be remotely adjustable after being added?? i'm looking to add one to a clifford concept 40. the concept 40 is an older clifford, but still has quite a few options and uses the same remote as most of the higher end models (the 4 main buttons with the levelshift on the side). if you look at the remote adjusting for the advantguard 3 http://clifford.com/guides/ogs/avantguard3_owners.pdf (page 17) compared to the concept 40 http://clifford.com/guides/ogs/concept40_owners.pdf (page 13) you'll see that adjustment is identical up to 13-16 which is where the piezo adjustment lies.. basically it comes down to this.. is the concept 40 brain capable of adjusting this sensor?? i think it's dumb that they'd rely on just a prox sensor for this alarm

i dont think it'll work to where you can adjust the sensitivity remotely.. you can add a sensor.. but for it to communicate and adjust remotely.. both the sensor and the alarm brain must be able to communicate w/ each other... there should be a plug for an auxiliary sensor (2nd sensor) on your alarm.. but if you look at the pages you references.. your alarm is 12 channels.. and the AV3 and 4 is 16 channels.. so your brain doesnt have the function/channels to remotely adjust the 2nd sensor... you could however add a shock/impact sensor that is adjustable the old school way (turning the ****) and have it work on your system and have adjustability that way...

yeah i kno your lookin to do it remotely.. but i dont think its possible.. since your alarm brain doesnt have the capability to communicate w/ the 2nd sensor and remotely adjust it..

i dont work in a car alarm shop or anything like that though.. so i could be wrong..

yeah, i don't care about remote adjustability, i just care about ADJUSTABILITY!! i need to be able to tune it ya know.. i forgot about those old **** adjusted ones.. those are only single channel tho aren't they.. ah well, better than nothing i guess..
thanks man..
