I have an 2002 Acura-TL-S. I put in a new battery and entered the radio code. It responds with an error message. I've disconnnected/reconnected the battery several times and re-entered the code. Same result. Any suggestions?

 

take the radio out, go to a acura dealer and hand it to them, they will look the code up in their computer system. if the one they give you matches the one you are putting in thats giving you an error then idk what to tell u

 

by the way, they wont do it over the phone. i did this when i took my stock radio out of my 99 civic

 

thats funny, i took my stock radio to them and they couldnt do anything, cause my serial number was missing off it and they basically just told me i was screwed

 

yeah they need the serial, i had mine.
