Default 98 civic remote start ?

Ok on the relay you connect. On the relay there is thin blue wire that says to connect to the ingnition switch. Should I connect it to the thick black yellow ingnition wire? Or is there another wire it should attach to? alarm CS2016 DP. On the high current connector there is a thick pink wire to be connected to ingnition wire. I was going to wire the blue and pink together with the ingnition wire. Is this ok?

Again, what does the manual say? I'm sure it says cut the starter wire, attach one wire off the relay to the key side of the wire you just cut, and the other wire off the relay to the other side of the cut wire.

Yes, the blue wire is attached to the ignition wire. It provides power to energize the coil in the relay.

Yes both the blue wire from the relay and the pink wire will go to the cars ign. wire, the blue lead on the relay is for the relays coil, you can also connect the blue lead with the orange that you connected to the starter wires ign. switch side. 94
