Re: ..:WELZ's RHD EF teardown and rebuild!:..
Thanks guys.
Well the car has been back in the bodyshop for a week or so now. So i got collecting some more parts ready for when she returns.
I bought a Tegwai Imports numberplate relocator, as the cusco one i had ordered was now discontinued Thanks to the lads, for the speedy delivery!
Few pics along with the mugen bolts...
My samco radiator hoses turned up, after having to be made specially at the factory. Not sure if they do this with all of their hosing now, or because it was a 1990 Honda Civic? lol! However they're here now anyway! :D
BIG thanks to Stew at FTW performance. Great price and estimated the ETA perfectly! Recommended trader to use fo' sho'!!!
Also got some heat wrap for my manifold and test pipe, as i noticed it was getting crazy hot after just a few minutes running!
And finally, i got some Morris MTF-94 Gear oil. Ive spotted a leak since its been sat in the garage the last few weeks, so rather than topping it back up, im gonna drain it and put some proper fluid in there!
I WANT MY CAR BACK!

What is the benefit of the Jazz (Fit) washer jets? Does it spray a fan-shaped pattern on the windshield??? If so I want a set! I have hated the 2 individual spray streams of my factory Integra washer jets ever since I bought the car 8 years ago. I've always been envious of Toyotas and other cars with fan-shaped washer spray patterns.

Hey man! Yeh his user is OMP.
You sir are correct! I was fed up of them also and wanted the fan-shaped pattern like my Jetta has. Then i found out the Jazz (fit) had those style, but also had the same body as the civic ones so fit straight into in the hood.

How did you find out that they fit? 3G Integras have the nozzles in the cowl trim, just under the edge of the hood (not in the hood itself), but if they would fit I'd love a set, also.

Re: ..:WELZ's RHD EF teardown and rebuild!:..
Ha thanks guys!
Heres some recent pics with the pinstripe, J's sunstrip and dohc vtec decals.
Well yesterday i went to have my alignment done. It was tracked roughly before to drive in a straight line so i could get its *** to the MOT station. Taking Neilvtec's advice, i took it to Jeffries Tyres (a local independant place, totally recommended!!) for 4 wheel laser alignment.
As i thought, everything was miles out LMAO! After a few adjustments here and there they managed to get everything bang on bar the camber as i like to run a bit of negative!
Cool pic of it on the ramp! Wish i had my camera on me
Was tipping it down on the way home, which made it a shitty drive, but first impressions are great. Feels like the front of the car is connected to the back now
Also had my R888's fitted onto my spare wheels, but more on that to come!
Well i took it to the rolling road today. I went to Chipped UK, as it is the closest  Sound guys there, and they talked me into having my Bora remapped at some point, after them telling me how much they charge trade! :D
I couldn't get any pics or video unfortunatly as i had to stand in another room and look through a window. (**** health and safety!) However i got a pic of my print out!
Not to shabby eh! Spec is as follows...
B16a1
5 Zigen SS manifold
Decat
Invidia GT300 exhaust
'North Wales' chip in the ECU
ITR box with spoon filter with the lid removed
And also according to the previous owner of this engine, it had 'some headwork' done in the past, not sure if that just means a P+P? Your guess is a good as mine!
Happy with the results though!
Professional valeter (aka Dom) will be giving it a full once over tomorrow in time for the tegiwa meet on Sunday!

Re: ..:WELZ's RHD EF teardown and rebuild!:..
Thanks guys. Yeh i was preety chuffed with the results!
So ive done a few bits n pieces in the last couple of weeks.
First off i fitted my samcos. I had to modify the top hose due to the size of the Koyo Radiator im using which was a shame.
Finishes off the engine bay IMO!
Then i fitted my Team Heko wind visors. Suprisingly good fit for an Ebay part and great at keeping the elements at bay. Thumbs up from me! :D
Then we went along to the South Mimms meet. This was the first BIG meet i had attended in the car, and its longest journey so far, but she got us there and back with no issues, with a bit of fun along the way!
Heres a selection of my fav pics from the meet. Thanks to everyone who took them.
And finally, since the car has been on the road, i have got away without using a front number plate. Had some spare time today, so decided it was time to rectify this problem! :D
Tegiwa Imports plate relocator, with Mugen numberplate bolts and a cusco sticker thrown on for good measure! (excuse the flys!)
And with the plate on...
And to finish off, a sneak peak of whats to come next in the bay!
