Update for you guys. The final 2 packages for my 5-lug conversion came in today. The packages contained my outboard CV boot set & misc suspension hardware from Ryan @ Autofair Honda & ARP extended wheel studs.

Damn, nice price on those calipers, I would have thought they cost more...
Hardrace's new ball joints look much better than the old version that I bought 3 years ago. I wasnt very happy with them, crappy finish and cheapo boots, but it looks like theyve addressed those issues

Update for you guys. My custom caster/camber plates made by Todd on ClubRSX finally came in along with my EVO 8 seat belt buckles. Also, I just got off the phone with Andy @ AMR Engineering and he says my coilovers should be shipping tomorrow. After 20 weeks, the wait is almost over... hopefully.

Re: K20A2 EM2 build from Hawai'i - Part II
Looking good. Ill give you a tip and save a possible future headache for you. The top hats have a tendency to slip, at least the 1st gen's. The 2nd gen has the extra clamping bolt but I would suggest squirting some loctite between the halves before the final tightening of the camber adjustment. I had issues with slipping on mine but luckily I have my own camber gauge and alignment strings so I was easily able to reset it. But if youre getting it aligned by a shop and the plates slip after that fact that would pretty much suck
I set the camber, then jacked the front up, loosened all the bolts holding the 2 halves together being careful not to change the setting, and squirted blue loctite between them and re-tightened (way past the 16ft/lb spec). Havent had another slip since
