Here is the only picture I snapped. The Cayman owner is a super nice dude, used to be a local S2000 owner and upgraded. AS vs GS LOL

Tires look a bit used, choppy on the outside edges. They performed as well as I could've expected though. I'm hoping they last all this season!

Damn you making me want to mod mine! I have a bone stock 2009 and agree how badly I HATE the 8th gen community.

Thinking of the HFP suspension and an alignment as my first "mod" lol. First and last.

Do it!

Really? Guess I haven't really spoken to many 8th gen owners.

Yeah the 8th gen community is garbage. I mostly stay out of their Facebook pages.

Here are some shots from the event

I know man, everyone that owns an 8th gen is more concerned about stance life and hardparking at the nvus shows then actually using the parts they're buying. I posted about this autox event in the ATL 8th gens page (like 500+ members), no reply, called everyone hardparkers, no reply, then asked again if anyone was going and stated it was only 55 bucks...no reply.....but if jimmy down the block posts his new xxr's that are 19x10 everyone chimes in for his specs. Its a joke.

I was thinking evo 8 wheels too! Gets me an inch extra (ahhh yea) and I could run a 235 without issues. Powdercoat them some factory HFP wheel grey/ gunmetal though. Funny enough I want to use a sport comp2 as well. Had them on my Fit and they are amazing tires. Don't want to go RS3 or anything too crazy for this car.

I joined a FB page and instantly had to leave. It's either fake wheels and fitment questions or daily posts of "why color to paint my stock wheels" or "need coilovers d2 or k-sport has anyone heard of these?" It's like they don't know how to use Google.

I would just like some HFP wheels in the future. Something about OEM+ I love. I really like my BFG's. They have done everything I've wanted them to from cross country road trips to autocross. I can't complain at all about them.

I wanted the HFP wheels until I realized they are no wider. Stock is 17x7 I think and the HFP wheels are 17x7 and 18x7... What's the benefit in that lol. Just want a little extra room for tires.

I want a flash pro but feel it's a slippery slope. Next I'd need a comptech supercharger lol

Ordered some 225/45/17 sport comp2s and picked up some used (20k miles) Mugen suspension because of this thread. I said I'd keep it stock

YAAS how much you scoop up that mugen suspension for? I think my plans have changed a bit. After discussion in the autocross forum on reddit I'm gonna go with front camber bolts, an alignment and a bigger RSB. I think I'm gonna go with the CT-Engineering rear sway cause its adjustable.

$450, seemed like a decent deal when the only HFP I could find was $720 shipped. I know that kicks me out of g-stock but the CRX build in my signature is my road course/ autocross car.

Next on the list is camber bolts, little better alignment settings, and shopping for a RSB.

I've been looking at RSB's for a bit. The CT ones seems best bang for buck IMO since its adjustable and comes in right at $150. I'll probably go ahead and purchase new endlinks also. The Mugen suspension shouldn't move you out of your class. Its all OEM stuff. I mean technically it might, but since its OEM you could probably get away with it. Also it was pointed out to me that stock civic's are in HS now. I made that mistake and classed myself wrong for the event.

The progress is bigger, 22mm instead of 19mm, but the progress bar isn't adjustable and costs about $50 more.
