OP, I didn't come in here to argue it was just frustration. After you canceled, I had texted you multiple times to reschedule and I never heard back from you that's all.

My apologizes, as it's water under the bridge. If your looking for any particular parts for your build let me know as I might end up parting my car. Keep up the progress!

 

What paint did you use to spray on your car?

 

It's primer, and my cousin sprayed it on with a gun. Not sure of the specific details.

UPS tracking says my fake Spoon mirrors will be here tomorrow.

Replica Spoon mirrors came in the mail today.

Had a set before but they were taken in the theft.

I did the re-drilling trick on the mounting base again and they seem pretty solid overall for $30 shipped.

i know the crime in this area is minimal, although someone was robbed at gunpoint at the lion shrine the other day so who knows

 

Oh man, I didn't hear about that incident at the Lion shrine.

My car sat up there for two years without any problems. What did suck was all of the little scratches from people walking next to it.. and it did get keyed once.

 

 

Three cans in so far.

Ran out of paint and the Wal-Mart I was at didn't have anymore.

Going to try another Wal-Mart and Lowe's later today so I can hopefully finish this up.

 

Found two cans of paint at Wal-Mart and then another Wal-Mart had nine on the shelf.

Ended up using over three cans today. Car is about done other than the roof.
