ProjEKt hatchback
update from today!!!
so i had some good progress today.
got the motor out and into the hatch.
but pulling the motor seemed to be a struggle.
i had to break the welds of the frame to break the front metal off to fit it through.

then i put the si mounts in and got them torqed down

dropped and bolted the motor in

advice, have a dedicated assistant or friend.

thanks man, yeah i really got lucky with the si, it was a offer i couldnt pass up. but im planning on painting it sometime in the next few months, after the undercoat didnt work it kinda got be down about it, but i'm painting the car black in january, so then might be a good time to knock it out too.

very true. I would just do everything all at once.
haha, well maybe if it were in nice condition, or like a ctr front i would, but i have a si front for free so why not?
but my progress has slowed as ive hit the wiring portion of it, im stuck with how you wire it into the rest of the stock wire, like the fat part of the harness that runs across the underside of the dash, its killin me.
pm me if you can be of any assistance
and i have the flu :[
