Head should be getting sent out for some freshing up and block should be going out as well for the oversized Wiseco's we are throwing in there.

nice, what manifold and turbo do you plan on using?

this build looks very promising, and plans for headwork as well?

We will probably do a light port and polishing but nothing to extreme.....at least as of yet. We are budgeting out the project....and since its slow our budget is smaller but I am sure some things will get looked at and redone by the end of next year

As for the manifold we dont have anything set in stone at the moment we have been talking with several companies trying to get the best deal we possible can on a manifold. The AFI top mount is the one we have in mind at the moment and might just run there kit.

AFI makes the good stuff , i was shopping for a topmount setup before my motor blew, then i was shopping for a new motor of course; but SLS quoted my some pretty good prices, theres alot of holiday specials/deals going on in the marketplace for that matter, you may want to check around

seeing sohc build threads makes me want to start another build so badly, im trying to get up some funds before christmas, id still like to see 300 whp by spring, 400 or up by fall.

Well started working on the tranny and replacing the diff with the new OBX LSD....note to anyone puting one of these in at least on ours we had to debur some of the holes.Didnt feel like having flakes of metal foating around in our tranny that we just put all new bearing in.

Kit is on the way from AFI we opted for AFI's topmount kit with the GT3076R.

Nice progress guys! This is a good looking and much needed update! Cannot wait until the finished product comes. Do you plan on any other mods like suspension, interior, exterior, etc? Keep up the good work.
