Well shes turboed again. I had some over heating issues with the manifold and 1/2 size radiator so I used a ported HF crx manifold and a HF to td05 adapter and was able to put my stock full size radiator with 2 fans on it. Now I just got to get her tuned.

Seat are great as long as your not taking a long trip. I don't drive the car vary much so there as stiff as the day I bought them.

UPDATE:
Started it up and nothing leaked for about 3 min then the radiator cracked and started spraying water. So I ordered a new drain plug for my old one so in 3 days I may get to finally test drive it.

Got her tuned and running great Friday night. Drove an hour and 45min in a 91 ford explore with blown shocks pulling my car on a $150 homemade trailer on the hwy in the rain. Did I mention it was the first time I've pulled a trailer on the hwy... Wasn't to bad on the way there but it was stressful on the way home at 10:00. I got to install running/side marker lights on it soon.

Car was tuned by scotty at Mainstream performance in Atlanta, Ga. It made 191.5HP and 173.8TQ at 10psi. way more than I was expecting.

some pics of my baby

Me signing the If it blows were not responsible paper.

Back together and running strong.

Today I ran into my first boosted issue. My knock off greddy BOV is stuck closed Its cool anyway because its ugly (pink) and it came with the intercooler kit. So I just bought a real deal greddy type RS BOV(silver and blue)

After doing some research my BOV hasn't been opening at all. The sound you hear is compressor surge made really loud due to the open dump tube.

Ok its been a while since I updated this page so her it is.

I pushed her to hard and got a bad case of rod knock. I'm going to build the motor with vitra pistons and forged rods. I'm also changing the turbo and intercooler setup so I can up the boost. Unfortunately with it being Christmas I'm hurting for cash so the motor is on the back burner for a month or so.

I got 3 days off work and some early Christmas cash so I decided to paint my car.

3 days + $50 in supplies + bored out of my mind =

The hood is a new hood but has been sitting outside for a year so its really dirty but has good shiny paint on it. So I left it gloss black along with my sunroof. The side skirts, door handles, door moldings, gas door, roof and hatch are all painted satin black. The body is painted with satin Italian olive green.

All that's left is a few more coats on the front bumper and completely redo the rear bumper(the paint is bubbling up on it) then reassemble it and the paint will be done.

I'm also going to paint the steelies satin black until I can get some new rims and tires.

It will be a while before the motors back in. But it was sprayed with engine degreaser and then wiped clean. I painted it with the same spray paint I used on the car. I've painted motors and valve covers with just regular spray paint and never had a problem so I'll see how this paint does.
Heres the wheels mounted

and my friends crx we just painted 2 weeks ago.

We left our door jams black for now. But I plan on painting them later on on my car. Yea those were the projectors I had on my car. Someone shot my friends car with a BB gun and broke both headlights, one of the windows and the windshield. Police never figured out who did it.

haha, that sucks for your friend. anyway, minus the fact that they are projectors they dont look to bad on a white car. let me know when you paint them. I wanna see pics with the $50 way!! how is the finish anyway?? smooth or is it a 15 foot paint job?
