why did you break down the entire bay to bare metal? And what brand of high build primer is that?

i sanded the engine bay down to bare metal because the previuse owner rattle canned the bay black and he didnt scuff it, so it wasnt sticking every were. i dont like doing body work on top of some one elses work. also i want a good base to start with and it doesnt get any better than bare metal, just make sure you seal it to prevent rust. i use a high build primer made by Mar Hyde.

Tonights Progress....


Got the new core support drilled on and ready to be welded. also fitted up all the front end panels,








still have some minor adjusting to do, but the front end lines up better than ever right now.
