Hey thanks guys.
I actually had to source out the JDM t-bar on e-bay. I could not find ANYONE that was willing to sell it without the complete JDM front end.
As for the color, I decided to go Civic Si Taffeta white. Anyways, on to some progress and parts...
New bottom fender moldings came in from Majestic Honda
Some bottom moldings and bottom door moldings I bought from the junkyard today:
Crappy cell phone pics of the car primered:

Thanks guys. Sorry I haven't updated in a while.
I got a bunch of parts in. I still need to take pictures. I'll get them up soon.
Here are some crappy iPhone body shop pics from about a week ago. I'm heading down to the body shop today to take some more pics.

Wassup homies
Wow, I can't believe this thread is still alive. Thanks a lot for the feedback guys!
Hey thanks man. I took it to Pil Am body shop in Azusa.
Sorry, everyone, for the lack of updates. I went on vacation for a week and a half with my gf and kid and some friends. Just got back on Tuesday.
I've got update pics that are about two weeks old, but I'm going to head down to the body shop either today or tomorrow and I'll post more updates after wards.
Also, please excuse the cellphone pics; I didn't have my digital camera at the time I took these pics.
Some parts that came in a couple weeks ago...
Keyless Door Handles (from EF sedan)
More moldings straight from Honda Parts:
Brand spakin' new sun roof, hardware, and moldings from Honda Parts:
Rear Quarter Glass trim (I got both of these for 25 bucks, brand new!)
Some old and new moldings getting prepped for black semi-gloss paint
The SiR hood and rear bumper in the process of being sanded and prepped for paint
The front and rear bumpers painted
(they still need black trim painted on them to match the moldings)
Spoiler, Hatch, and Hood painted:
Body painted (cell phone pics + glaring sun = trash) I promise I'll get better pics
Much more parts, progress, and pics to come...

Thanks guys!
I believe they're the same, unless you have the JDM rear seats installed. I think the rear cargo covers that fit with the rear seats are a little shorter in length. I'm not 100% sure though.

Great work Sonic, glad to see that you are still finding original parts. Keep up the great work...shouldn't be long before the car is complete, make sure to have the digital camera ready!

Re: My '89 CRX Si/SiR build (ground up! 56k beware)
I went to the body shop and brought my digital camera this time. Most of the moldings are painted and attached. There are a few moldings that still haven't been attached (such as the bottom moldings that run across the car, under the door. And the windows and glass haven't been attached yet either.
The reason being because I need clips. I'm missing clips for the bottom moldings and for the rear quarter glass and rear hatch glass. Won't be able to proceed until I source those out. If anyone knows where I can find any clips, then let me know! PM me for more details.
Anyways, enough jibber-jabber. On to the goods:
Moldings that are painted but not attached yet (need clips):
And the car as it sits now:
Peace!

Two months and the will to build a Crx leaves you with a car that is great. Now all we need are some pictures in the sun. I mean you get the long anticipated digital camera out and the sun doesn't show *(. You really have given me hope to build a Crx.
