Kevin also helped me start tucking the bay... We knocked out the drivers side and it doesnt look bad since I still have PS and AC(even though it needs to be cleaned really bad!)

Cruise control wasnt bad at all. And I picked up a plug at the junkyard for the firewall off a cx hatch.

And that is Kevin(b16b_coupe) on crutches. I kept waiting for one of those things to fall when he was tucking the bay with me and slide down the side of my car. hahaha But he is careful

Started welding the mounting plates in for the 6pt roll bar from s&w racecars. Everything looks like it fits great cut/notched from them, except I have to cut a little off the main hoop, as my car has a sunroof, and I think their length is for one with out.

Alright... Its been a while and I have been super busy lately. I got a few small updates. The roll bar should be getting finished up in the next week or so, finally.

Removed all of the sound stuff and cleaned up what was left and started to lay downs some primer...

I also have the mounting plates for the roll bar welded in and ready to go. Everything except the rear bars are cut to size and ready to be welded up.

I will have some new lugs soon, so I am borrowing these for now...

Looking good man, It's gonna sound like a damn race car now that the sound deadening is gone. I loved the way my old coupe sounded with a swap, full exhaust and gutted interior but it sounded like that alllllllllllllllllll the time and eventually got old. I left the interior in check on my current coupe and now it sounds like a beast only in vtec and quiet as hell inside any other time, i looooove it.

Keep the progress coming

Thanks Ethan. Kevin helped me with the drivers side tuck a few weeks ago. Now I just have to do the passangers side sometime.

But yeah, hit me up, I am always out and about... and for the 'real' bike, it might happen soon. A friend of mine is getting rid of he 02 600cbr... and I am REALLY tempted to buy it...

This is a great build.

I'm not sure if you covered this, but what are your plans for the motor?
