question guys I don't know much about boost if I got ls vtec built for turbo tuned and everthing but want to go with a gsr built for turbo did I have to tuned the car again even know i'm using everthing from the same set up please need help would appreciate it thanks

thanks the car is is acting strange since I put it the gsr motor is miss fired alot so I have to take back so can be tuned again? thats the question
