so i made my carbon firewall pieces and my dash center console piece last night...



still waiting on the powder coater. i talked to him yesterday, he got busy this past weekend and didn't get a chance to get it all done. so hopefully tonight or tomorrow.

got some bad news last night..... FUUUU!!!!!

i gotta respray my engine bay. lame! but its cool. my buddy "iheartteal" is coming up and we are gonna pull all the fittings back out, clutch, brake booster. sucks but good thing i paint, plus there is some flaws here and there... so this time it will be perfect! lol

my clutch line was leaking for a while apparently. so it ate the paint near the fire wall.

well i never took a pic of the mess up lol. i already got the bay ready to respray. and i picked up the parts from the powdercoater this weekend... loooks soooo fresh. hard to actually get a good pic. but this is with my phone... (i did the subframe, front lcas, and front suspension forks.)




and i was helping my new boss move all his equipment to our shop on Wednesday (long story) and ended up with a hernia. so i cant really do much right now

Damn man sorry to hear about the injury. Worker's comp? On a good note though the powdercoated parts look awesome. I'm going to do my subframe too when I tear the car down.

Powdercoating looks great! Good choice, PC is usually much more durable than paint, which is perfect for suspension parts.

tight stuff, you know if using the innovative mounts you would need an eg subframe.
