NEW UPDATE! September 2011 build once again!!!
hey lady and gentlemen,
i just wanted to show you guys what i been working on the past few months.
I purchased this ek hatch about 2 1/2 months back on September 1, 2009.
It came with a blown signal cam, full body kit, shaved moldings, "custom" interior, etc.
Everything you don't want in your car it has. LOL i plan on taking it all apart and doing a full restoration on it.
I wanted to make this thread so it can keep me on track.
Well, hope you guys like it and enjoy it. ill keep you guys updated.

1. these is how it look when i first got it.
2. driver side door is molded up and shaved
3. how it look in the front with a bodykit when i got it.
4. the inside of the car when i first got it.
5. closer look at the driver side door.
6. another one.

8. how the back look like when i got it. the trunk hatch is shaved.
9. how the inside rear look like when i got it.
10. all the interior from the previous owner that i took off.
11. well took off the dashboard, dropped the steering wheel, and cleaning up.

13. a picture of the passenger rear all dirty after taking panel off.
14. same pic, but cleaned.
15. me taking off factory sound mat with dry ice.
16. a picture where i took off the factor sound mat.
17. a picture of the swap. car came with it.
18. took off the head.
19. how it look after the head is off.
20. the harness
21. ac compressor, VC, and dizzy etc..
22. another picture of more engine component.
23. a picture of the whole swap out.
24. there you go lol
25. more picture of the engine bay when the whole swap is taking off.
26. picture of the brake line, clutch line and etc..
27. taking off the front cross member/ rack opinion.
did some body work, when it still progressing.
28. sanded the driver rear quarter panel
29. me working on the passenger rear quarter panel

30. done sanding.
31. primer time. done for now.
32. blowing all the dust out of the car.
33.after cleaning it's way better than before.
bought some red em1 door, power window everything. sanded it down also.
34. passenger side door.
35. driver side door.
36. working on the engine bay.
37. after sanding and some cosmetic work we are ready to primer.

looks like a good project..i really hate that interior tho lol its gonna take some work to de-rice it lol....good luck keep us updated!
