Default Broken Seat belt!

Well I picked this hatch up a few months ago with some of the insurance money I got from my old ek hatch. Long Story short i rear ended someone in the middle of a blizzard. Because they had no tail lights.
The car had a Few GOOD things and Some bad.

The good:
Complete SIR Front end Conv
Lights,hood,fenders,bumper
ETD Traction bars
B16a swap with ys1 trans password lsd
The swap was new From password I have receipts. The motor has been sitting for 3 years. I think he may have got over Whelmed with the problems and just let it sit.
ITR header
skunk 2 coilover and KYB 4 way adjustable shocks
Whale ***** intake
Full exhaust with 2.5 collector omni test pipe
Rear and front disc brake conversion to bigger 94 integra brakes
sir gauge cluster and bride steering wheel
Mugen short shifter
new slim radiator and 12in Slim fan
15inch rotas
Buddy club cam gears
brembo Rotors front and rear
Hasport shift linkage
Innovation mounts black with red inserts
Moroso Battery Re-locator
The body is straight with minor scratchs dings and some very little surface rust.

The bad:
Pulled Off the valve cover, And i see water corrosion. From when the oil was drained and the oil cap was left off.
The cabin harness is butchared!
Front rotors and calipers are not installed
Battery relocation is not done.

The plans:
Completely BUILT! Head with Full Skunk2 Valve train
Laskey sleeved b18c1 block 9.0.1 pistons hbeam rods type r o/p and w/p
Toda timeing belt
Ls Lsd cable trans
Spooling performance ram horn, 44mm Tial WasteGate,Garrett Ball BearingT3/T4E 60Trim Turbo, greddy rs blow off valve. 2.5 pipeing all the way around with a Greddy FMIC.
Fresh coat of the Original color Saxony Blue Metallic Clearcoat
obd1 conversion Hondata tuned

Its gunna be a long Journey. I say the car will be running by Mid summer. Completely Finshed by this time next year or a little later. I kinda got a head Start On you guys here some pictures of the Car the parts and the Problems. I already bought some items. JOIN ME ON MY JOURNEY!
ohh yea Sorry about my Grammer and spelling. I was always a math kinda guy.

=================================================

ey, New up date OK well i ended up trading my pro2 cams for a b16a2 Full Port polished head. It came with gsr cams. Im going to gt pro1's here soon.

I start sanding my valve cover down. Im going to polish it. Heres what i got so far.
Anyone know any techniques for this to get in the nuchs and cranny's?
Im also debating what to buy next. obd0 Engine harness MPFI Arp Head studs or the sir turn signals
Funny story the car came with them but trailering it back home i didn't know he didn't have them screwed in and they fell off the front of the car and the car behind us ran them over
