damn dude! sick build, can i ask though how you are getting all the bolts and hardware re coated? zinc i believe? who does that, and how much does it cost?
i want to re do my ej1, and that would be great to know!

correct sir! zinc recoated!!
cost around 250$...
small update... time to seal the chassis... pretty f*ckn comfortable with a jackstand and a few bits of wood :/
and some bodywork to drive the 205/45 tires slammed without any problems...

just a small update...
painting my starter and a comparsion between a few brake cylinders...
the poly filled mounts
the new springs for the suspension setup...
master cylinders...
i think i will use the itr abs cylinder with the same brake booster and a 91' crx propotioning valve... any suggestions??

finally!!!! have found a place to work on the car with 2 buddys...
ready to get in...
and after some more elbow grease and some woodwork...
and some new parts...

42000 miles and 4wd realtime^^
ive made an oil+filterchange and give her a new cooler+therm.
put on some oldskool bbs and a thule rack...
lookin' forward to drop her soon...

try to keep pushin' me forward but every day im tired and lazy from work :/

next week goin' strong on e85...
and throw in new plugs and fresh oil+filter+fuelfilter
and some interior goodies... always keep an eye on engine-health!
and the rear fenders... lookin' forward to change them before first snow falls here in germany...
for driving pleasure

gotcha!!!
...and just fab'd a box to sandblast some dirty parts!
finished fuel rail... nice and clean
done!

made some progress on my wagonvan project/dd too!
welded an custom stainless catback - 2 inch all the way back...
But have to reweld it with a flex-pipe -.-
rattlin' those f*ckin bolts out all the time^^
and replaced the driveshaft boot/cover (???)
got it tuned on e85 and push her to the ground...
and soon with some new shoes... any suggestions what color i should paint these rims?

Wow some good work here looks like its coming along nicely, question what was in the doors were those packing penuts, what was the purpose does it keep ur door panels from raddlwing or something, what is the best kind of glue for gluuing stuff luke that or like foam if i wanted to but some behind my door panels?
