Even though I live 4 hrs away and work during the weekends. I plan to take Aug 12th. off and go to Nisei this year (have never been to one). Mainly to visit Randy's work of art. I'll will be donating that day instead just so you guys don't get charge with the paypal fee. I just hope my boss sign me off for that day. RIP Randy.

I still can't take this all in, Randy IS such a huge inspiration for me. I don't look at it as if he is gone, but now he is everywhere with the Honda community. Everything I have done on my car is for me and only me, it is my own artwork, not to impress anyone but myself, I don't try to one-up other people, but instead myself. I also build everything myself, the only real way to learn. Randy's builds always inspired me to go out and push myself further and further just as if he would, setting the bar higher and higher for himself. I never got to meet him or talk to him directly, only little comments here and there on the boards. You can't put his talent into words, it is something that has to be seen. In that note, I myself as well am coming from Cincinnati Ohio to Nesei this year, I want to be able to meet the people I talk to on here and especially after this, I want to be able to help anyway I can. Let me know if you fellas need anything, I'll try my best to help.

Sadly i can't make it out to Nisei b/c i spent my funds on flying out from orlando to CA for eibach back in May but i will be with ya'll in spirit and i mos def wanna contribute via buying a shirt which will hopefully be Fat boy friendly aka 3x...This man was mad inspirational to me in the sense of having a relentless passion for the JDM Honda Scene and your meticulous attention to detail....i had recently been in conversations with RHanDy for him to paint my car after Nisei, but it was not to be......Hope your hooking up Heaven like only you know how homie....RIP

im looking forward to the finished product this is something that will always be remembered not for the car but for who it is for and what he has done for the people of this community. he always pushed his self to go further in every build that he did and did it the way he wanted to and not for what others though......
for randy cause he would have done the same for anyone of us with out any hesitation......

Look forward to hearing/seeing the future of this man's dream. You don't carry material things after you pass but this car will be seen as a memorial for years to come... Had to keep the thread up high on my recent topics list.
I lived my ef dreams through his. Maybe one day I can tackle something like he started.

picked up the rest of the chrome batch today that randy had dropped off for us about 3 weeks ago. it totalled to be about 600 and most of it was mine and my friends...
but it was just funny when i started going through it and i found some of randy's car parts in there
one of them was his heat shields for his mid pipe that he had chromed. he was a man with a mission
