95 EG4 Build From Thailand

Default 95 EG4 Build From Thailand

Hi Guys, I'm new to Honda-Tech. My name is Earn and I'm from Bangkok, Thailand. Today I'll share you my RH Drive Captiva Blue CIVIC EG4 builds that just finished. It's took about a year to turn the car from what can be call 'junk condition' to this condition that i'm about to show you. This build has been done by me and my friends ( we're owning the car shop). So please take a look and enjoy. (No much of a picture and sorry for poor quailty of picture as it's was taken form my Iphone)

Start to taken out the engine ready for paint.


Some rust here and there.


1week pass by.......






Spray it down, make a fit to my Mishimoto DC2 radiator, Install Fender bars.





Then putting in the engine that have been kept from last summer, it's B20Vtec with some modification.



Install back the Console and ready to slide the car back to my friend paint shop.



Some of my packages has been arrive from Japan and US.








Then Install it right away...


Test Fitting






JDM Strout fiber glass hood, Chargespeed Front Fenders, and VISION lip fit very well.


Ready for Painting Yeah!!!




After finished painting I install the car back right away.





Put in some new front window glass, New OEM headlights& Corner lights

Nice Wide fender with TE37 16x8

For the longest time, the car now have been given back the life.




I decided to change all the rubber parts of my car just like this

Then After my NSX horn button arrived.


Then I lift the car up for some suspension works. H-Drive Racing Coilover, Hardrace Adjustable Front&Rear Camber and toe, Ultraracing Struts bar, BWR lower tie bar, Function7 rear arm control.









After I finished everything, I go for Tuning and Dyno.



Here is the result for stock bottom end B20 and Full B16A head modification with Skunk2 Camshaft running on Flex fuel E85.


Done!!! Thank you for checking my car out. The car's now good and eveything ready for some track times over this weekend. For more mods and listing I'll share you next time.
