Re: 93 Integra RS - boosted b16 build.
I got a great deal on a set of Go-Autoworks Intercooler pipe for a DA from a member on g2ic. I quickly scooped these up and am now trying to sell the EG charge pipe I was originally going to use. It came with more t-clamps and couplers I just didnt get them in the picture.

Look what we have here:
Progress cs2 with drag spring rates. VERY happy I went with these than the k-sports I was going to get before.

Some pics of the BOV and scatter shield I mentioned before. The pink spring is too heavy for my set up and I'll have to pic up the next size down.

Not sure if I mentioned it before, but I picked up this manual steering conversion kit from a g2ic member who custom makes them. I had it done with both manual and power rack bushings before, which worked fine, but I thought this would be nicer.

Re: 93 Integra RS - boosted b16 build.
OK so that is pretty much were I stand at today. I just finished up the paint for the front suspension yesterday, so now I have to put it back together and do the rear.
To do list:
Install bushings and ball joints into from suspension pieces
Install front suspension
Remove rear suspension and prep for paint/install bushings
Remove old undercoat from rear fender wells and spray new
Reinstall rear suspension
Assemble Engine
Wiretuck engine harness
Paint car
I would like to have all of that done by early June! I hope, I hope, I hope.

I actually got something done tonight!
I pressed the ES bushings into the upper and lower control arms! Now Just for the ball joints! Pics up later.
I also dropped a bunch of money at www.advancedautoparts.com. More on that later.

I really like what you're doing to this car, you don't see them too much which is a pity because I think they are very handsome cars. It looks like you're doing a good, simple, nice job on it, I look forward to more!
Sorry for the lame noob question, but I've only ever built N/A; what's the benefit of blocking the oil squirters?

Thanks man. I agree DA's can be really nice looking if done correctly. I've always been a ef/da guy.
The reason for blocking off the oil squirters is partially because of clearance issues with the pistons contacting them. You could heat them up and bend them slightly but they are not really necessary with forged pistons. They are mainly meant to cool the piston. It also reduces drag on the piston and makes the oil scraper rings to work less. And it bumps up the overall oil pressure a tad. A lot of people argue either way. And it would be easy enough to put them back in if I wanted by simply dropping the pan and windage tray.

Re: 93 Integra RS - boosted b16 build.
Got a bit more done today even though I kind of slept in.
I got the upper control arms completely assembled and the ball joints installed into the knuckles. Sorry no pics cause I'm getting ready to go to the casino to hit it big!

Awesome build man. I myself had a 92 GSR I build like you from the ground up. Except for the turbo of course. :D The love the 92-93 GSR cloth seats.
