You'll probably be close. I'd personally go with Pro series cams and a different intake manifold with a larger plenum/TB, but this build looks pretty well constructed and should yield good results.

So our setups are similar, but you've got better pistons/rods and different cams. I suspect your static compression ratio will be higher than mine, and I made right at 200whp, so I can easily see you making 220 or thereabouts.
190lph Walbro pump
B18B1 block bored to 81.5mm
NPR USDM ITR pistons with teflon coating (Was shooting for 12:1, I think I'm closer to 11.5:1)

Stock B18B1 crank
ARP rod bolts
ARP head studs
ACL Race main and rod bearings
ITR oil pump, ported and shimmed
ITR water pump
Gates Racing timing belt
Exedy 8.8lb flywheel w/ARP bolts
ACT 6-puck sprung clutch
Innovative mounts
Head:
B16 head, stock casting
OEM valve stems
OEM valves, 5 angle valve job
ITR dual valvesprings
Skunk2 LMAs
Crower 402-A2 cams
Cometic head gasket
GE LS-VTEC kit
GE cam gears
Blox IM matched to TB w/thermal gasket
70mm Professional Products throttle body w/thermal gasket
3" short ram w/Blox velocity stack and filter

you wont be able to do it without a 4 piston ported head. however a semi stock h2b will probably buss your *** for half the money spent.

Re: Z0831xiz's goal to 220whp -Qualifying parts list?
I think you might be a bit shy of 220whp, but it depends on the dyno/e85 and I didnt see the exhaust listed but 3" with no cat will be best. I made 220whp on the button and have a similar setup tuned on 94..
b18c5 head
skunk2 tuner2 cams
supertech vt
b20 block
84.5 weisco pistons 12-5-1
eagle rods
arp hardwear
ITR water pump/oil pump
ported skunk2 pro intake
skunk2 70mm TB
3" intake
rdx injectors walbro 255 pump
hytech big tube header
thermal r&d 3" exhaust

I was told 3" would be best flow for better power just don't want a ricey Loud Exhaust lol I'm hoping I can make 220 with little changes to my setup

Probably the bigger exhaust pipe will disturb the less exhaust manifolds reconances.

been there done that. had a ls/vtec with almost 210whp. I had the same goals as OP. its not easy. please try not to mislead that his goal is easy. but props to your friend. these people in this thread would have him for lunch.

almost 210 which is about average i guess for what is commonly seen for 1.8 builds. i suggest you not try to undermine his work by trumping his builds with h2b builds all because I confronted you on misleading someone. you literally made this personal and lashed out at someone's builds. Tou has over and over again shown what he can do with his valvejobs and isnt in competition with anyone, he does it because its what he likes to do.
