Default Where to get head work in Northern VA?

I kno there are some sweet cars in this area I just need to get some mild porting done does anyone have any suggestions?

yeah.. ive never known that, do you do it IN HOUSE? or ship it out to cali or something.

man if u want it done right send it to R&D Portflow or Alaniz. not trying to step on anyone, but there heads are making power.

I saw there CNC'ed heads on display@ the last race.
not really what i would do. But im not an expert
I have only Cnc;ed heads the last 10 yrs

brad, did you see the honda cnc heads on display at PRI? I can't remember what both they were in but it looked like they gave stevie wonder a hammer and a chisle and let him go to town! the cuts were real deap if you know what I mean and you could have put this head on a SBC it was so big. it seems anyone with enough money to buy a cnc is a instant head porter nowadays.

So what kind of CNC machine do you use at your place boostin? can I see one at maple grove race?

CNC heads They use it in there all motor race car and other street cars. I believe they have a 20hp guarantee.

Turbo, .. .. we price jobs based on the requirements. Why don't you e-mail me with some specs and I'll give you an honest quote.

As for CnC porting, .. perhaps a jump over to the VERY LONG cylinder head porting thread in "drag racing" may be in order. Several top porters have discussed this as well as most other porting stuff in great detail. In my shop ALL of my top pro series race heads are hand finished IF they are CnC'd.

Correct, NuImage is the R&D CnC Porting east coast distributor. Have some CnC heads in stock. Come check it out.
