Default Vtec crossover point

So, I had Derreck at DDTECH remote tune my stroked poor man's. Excelent job by the way. He had me mess around with vtec crossover point to get the best smooth cross over point. Had a few questions:

1. Should I upgrade to the RDX injectors and walbro fuel pump.
2. Should I advance/retard Blox Type C cams to get a little more hp/tq

Right now the best rpm my vtec kicks in is at 6000 rpm, is that too high. I have my whole rotating assym balanced. I know I can rev past 9000 safely.
Here is my set up just in case anybody has more of an idea.

b16a2 head with Blox valavetrain. standard 3 angle valve job on new stock valves
Blox type C Cams
Skunk 2 Cam gears
ITR Intake with Omni 68 mm tb port matched
Hondata Intake gasket
stock fuel rail/injectors
gsr block bored 81.5 with nippon pr3 pistons
ls crank with eagle rods
exeady 9.5 flywheel/exeady stage 1 clutch./gsr trans
Arp pretty much everything

Leave it alone until you get on the Dyno.

Got ya. So should I upgrade the injectors from stock 240 to rdx 410 with walbro?

That will change the tune.

You don't really need injectors but the Rdx are really nice and the walbro is a simple upgrade but I don't think its necessary.

Then you would go back and RETUNE after putting in the new injectors.. Once you change injectors, it changes the tune entirely. What is being said is get the parts if you want, but tune once.

My question would be, why dont I get the injectors and fuel pump then dyno tune, since I have a street tune, but my injectors are maxing out at like 90% soon as vtec kicks in.

how do you know its 90%? What EMS? Is the EMS calibrated properly for that readout to be correct?

running twice the injector like a RDX will certainly make it run weird yes? It needs to be done all at the same time if you change injectors and fuel pump. At least have him give you a basemap to get there.

I have a good base map, I would have to put my 3rd gear pull data log to show. just wondering if I should tune 2 times or just bring the injectors with me and before I dyno tune put them in..just wanting to be on the safe side, thats all im asking. also in my set up my machine shop said I was like 11:6:1 area, but trying to figure out why people on hondata.com say its more like 12:4:1?

Get all the parts you plan on changing on the car first then dyno tune.
