I have Uberdata it's awesome, all motor and turbo. Go to http://www.homemadeturbo.com, the engine management FAQ has lots of info on it. You can get those IC chips there too. Good luck

You can find the octal buffer at a place like Digikey (<U>www.digikey.com</U> from 45 cents or so. All the parts should be interchangeable so all you have to do is a search for 74HC373 ( you're after the 20 pin DIP package).

Here are some number for your -&gt; MM74HC373N, SN74HC373N, TC74HC373AP.

These are the manufacturer's part numbers for their 74HC373. MM is from Fairchild, SN is from Texas Instruments, and TC is the Toshiba offering.

If you enter one of them into a part number search at you should get a listing for the 74HC373 by that specific manufacturer in a 20 pin DIP package.

Hope that clears it up a little for you.

This is the most recent Uberdata thread, to my knowledge. Read up!

I'm running Uberdata untuned on my turbo LS and I'm impressed... Though I don't anything to compare with. The car runs like stock, then flies when boost hits. At ~$100 complete, you're looking at a deal over Hondata's $400.
