Default turbo or no turbo

like i no theres a diff between a t3 and a t5 but does anyone know how much more each stage increases the hp of your car because i was going to look into buying as turbo but not sure if i wanna spend all that money for no results and i figured a couple people on here should no should i get the turbo or just try to upgrade all else

if any one can help with there input on there turbo or just random knowlage please do all bit's would be helpfull thank you

never heard of a t1

t4 wont spool on a stock motor till....ooo.....6500+rpm's, making your power band thiiiis big.

my opinion is keep it all motor. i think all motor sounds better. =D boosting NA motors just cause probs...

I was boosted and I'm glad to be back to NA. I just love the sound of a NA honda engine. It screams for more is what think when it's hitting the rev limiter I just love the reliability and simplicity of a NA engine. To all their own though.

I love both. It depends on your personal preference. Smooth, linear powerband, or tire smoking, monster turbo top end.

well from the sounds of things i think you need to do a lot more research to figure out what YOU want. i have had two turbo setups and a couple all motor setups. it is easier(cheaper) to make power with a turbo in my opinion. what motor do you have??

i planed on doind research but i wanted people options first im maily looking to just incrase the hp enbought to give me some speed to mess with nothing too over the top but were i could get a stock car off the line and show them up a bit

even with 150whp you are going to "show people up" in a stock civic.

yeah but still i was looking to get up to about 200 and iv had a couple people tell me just thought a turbo in n a couple little things and ill be set

turbo hp is different from n/a hp though

200 turbo hp wont hold a candle to 200 n/a hp

true screw ill just take the money i was going to buy the turbo with and start doing the motor
