Default supertech springs SPR-H100DR too much on ITR with skunk stg2 cams?

Hi

I have a set of used supertech springs (stronger ones) SPR-H100DR and i am curious would be those springs too stiff for using them on skunk stg2 cams? I am a bit affraid to use them as ITR valves which are a bit thinner at the end compared to B16A valves and i am affraid they can break.
Any feedback would be great.
