Suggestions on old b18c build
Six years ago, thats right 6 years ago. I built my first motor.
Specs:
B18c
Head- Jun 3's with springs and retainers. Skunkwerks IM with bbk 70mm TB. No port work done.
Block- Arias 11.5 compresssion stock bore with crower rods, nuforms block guard, and oem honda gasket.
The rest of the setup consisted of a greddy 4to1 headers, 2.25 custom exhaust, holley fuel pump, stock injectors, and a pyr program on p28 ecu.
Dynoed it only produced horsepower in the 170 range and torque in the 120 range.
This was along time ago and I thought this was reasonable horsepower gains. I'm going back into the game and need some advise. There are probably tons of new aftermarket parts that came out and need some help sorting parts suitable for my set up. I don't really want to do a major rebuild, but maybe changing just some bolt ons or maybe a better engine management. I was amazed on the horsepower some of the hondas in this site was producing. Any advise would help. Thanks.

Re: Suggestions on old b18c build (njracer)
Those numbers seem pretty low with Jun 3s. I suggest:
1) Get a smaller throttle body (65mm) port matched to the IM
2) Get a 2.5" exhaust
3) Get a different header (Whitfield, SMSP, RMF, w/e)
4) and get it tuned from someone thats reputable.
