These camshafts are a road racing cam, and not made for peak power in the rpm band. Having said that, the most versatile intake manifold is the Skunk2 Ultra, in which its intake tubes can be machined for maximum airflow.

I would take this to mean that unless you're looking for mostly high RPM (8K+) power, then Ultra Street is the way to go. The longer runners will deliver more midrange than the Ultra Race.

I happen to know that those Toda cams respond very well to ITBs, and if you're running a road racing setup ITBs would be far preferable to a plenum anyway.
