b20vtec feels slow

Default b20vtec feels slow

hey ht my b20vtec motor feels slow
motor contains of:
97b20b block stock bottom end
type r oil pump,water pump,timing belt
b16 head-was resurfaced and cleaned by a machine shop- stock
eldebrock victor x manifold
skunk 2 70mm TB
stock d16y8 injectors
hytec rep headers
brand new ngk spark wires,plugs
walbro 255 fuel pump

its running on a obd2 p75 ecu
when i connect the obd2 p72 vtec ecu
the motor is sooooooooo freaking slowwwww
runs better with p75 non vtec

ive been planning on getting a chipped p28 and a tune


motor sometimes sputters and chokes,could this be my map sensor??
i have to cels one is 02 sensor and other is knock sensor help me out

Well first off get that p28 and a tune and second I'm pretty sure vtec won't kick in if you are throwing a CEL for a knock sensor.....lol if I'm wrong about that I'm sure I'll get corrected but still get a obd1 ecu or aem ems and get a tune
