Default Rcrew header with avid mounts?

Hey guys, on the Rcrew website they "reccommend" their header will fit with Hasport mounts?

I have avid mounts on a 92' EJ1 and just wondering if there is anyone who has used the Rcrew with other mounts instead of Hasport?

Thanks for any help

Thanks

...just wondering, do you have this setup, or personally know someone with it?

Did all your customers run 3" exhaust as recommended by Rcrew for optimal results?

cool, do you know if the ones with 3" got better results than the ones with 2.5"?

the 3" gets better results but is moderately louder than the 2.5". for a street car, there's not really a reason for a 3". if you're a street racer or any kind of racer and you need every edge there is to win, you'll want the 3".

Not true. I have a full 3 inch exhaust/no cat with resonators and a chambered muffler. It is deep and not extremely loud. You don't need to be a "street racer" or a "racer". Go with the 3 inch exhaust. All dyno sheets I have seen showed great results with 3 inch diameter exhaust systems..

it depends on who you ask for a definition of "extremely loud". there's a reason the world sport muffler's so popular and i don't think it's because of dyno numbers they produce. i agree, 3" will make more power than 2.5" - that's a given. some of my customers like the 2.5" sound, some can bear the 3" sound. it's all personal preference. not everybody's after that extra power. that was all i was saying.
