Before listing pros and cons, ill say this:
Whats the compression ratio with the YCPs?
RC injectors are old tech. get you some RDX injectors or Bosch ev14s or DSM 450s.
You will need to upgrade your valve springs to use 404's.

Pros: simple build, will make good midrange torque
Cons: seems like a lot of time, effort and money for an engine thats probably not gonna make much more than 170whp.

Whats your power goal?
You're probably going to want a decent amount of compression, a good header and maybe some head porting to properly take advantage of a cam that big.
You getting YCP pistons doesn't say much, with out saying which ones....
Okay so p8r head has 47cc volume correct? So.....
If you bore to 84.25 to clean up the cylinders and get a set of:

P72-A0 pistons you should be around 10.38:1 compression (usdm gsr) 0.011 piston to deck clearance
P72-00 pistons you should be around 10.97:1 compression (jdm gsr) 0.011 piston to deck clearance
P73-A0 pistons you should be around 11.41:1 compression (usdm type R) 0.004 piston to deck clearance
PR3 pistons you should be around 11.65:1 compression (USDM B16A) 0.013 piston to deck clearance
P30 pistons you should be around 11.87:1 compression (JDM B16A) 0.013 piston to deck clearance
P73-00 pistons you should be around 11.94:1 compression (jdm type R) 0.004 piston to deck clearance

Either or should be be pretty good for those cams, with proper tuning.
I have never built one of these, so please take with a grain of salt and do your own research, but the b16 pistons seem like a good combo of compression and p2d clearance.
What fuel do you plan on running?
