mild h22 dd cams?
im building a usdm h22a4 right now, stock bottom end. head is off the car and a new one has been ported and polished, combustion chambers polished, port matched IM with hondata img. soon enough i will be getting valvetrain and have a 3 angle done on the valves. I have seen the skunk2 pro1 dynos and they sound like a solid cam. But i hear that they are just revised from the s2s2.
I know the pro 1's would be harder to tune but thats no issue, I have hondata s300 and 2 very reputable tuners in my area. Both sound good but the pro1's make more power throughout the RPM range and under the curve. Is that what makes u faster as opposed to a more aggressive vtec crossover with the stage 2's?
thanks for any help i dont mean to sound like a noob

stock comp on a 2.2l with the pro1's seems to be fine. the dynos all look good with stock bottom end h's. skunk 2 recommends at least 11:1 comp for the pro 1 with a 1.8 liter, so 10:1 with a 2.2 liter should suffice?

I have the same question, except I have an F20B (manual version). Can I get away with the Jun's since I have 11:1 compression to start with? Will likely be Junk2 intake, name brand header, 2.5" exhaust. This car will start in -40, and streetability is also a big plus. I haven't seen much info at all regarding the Juns in a DD, and I'm trying to stay away from a lopy idle.
