Ok...the list of stuff done to my car is below and you can probably guess that my car is very loud...2 1/2 piping all the way back from the header....no cat or anything....any suggestions on making it quiet or new muffler suggestions without robbing horsepower....it needs to be high flowing....thanks for any sugg.
Throw a Carsound 2.5 inch cat, one or two resonators in, and then a Magnaflow muffler. It should be much quieter, and still flow good.
P.S. I have a brand new cat f/s.

I would do something along the lines of this but less.
Just 1 22" resonator would work and a magnaflow or something similar.

thanks for your comments.....ive thought about the resonator several times and the hytech twin loop.....
All good tips. I just got a custom 2.5inch cat back exhaust with one 12-14inch resonator and magnaflow muffler. It too is still a little bit too loud. I don't want to get pulled over for it. Any tips? SHould I also try the carsound catalytic converters? Thanks
A turbo should quiet it down quite a bit. ;o)
Seriously, I've got a Magnaflow system I made, custom... Longer mufflers (you can fit the longest that Magnaflow makes...19" I think...in your Integra. They'll try and tell you it won't fit so they can sell you their brand, but it will. It's been in my setup for 2 years now) will make the sound deeper and a bit more quiet than shorter mufflers. Same for resonators, although you want your resonator to be a different length than your muffler, so that each one passes through a different frequency, effectively cancelling the other one out, sound-wise.
Also, a larger cat will help as well, as mentioned previously. Good luck!

yes, definetely get a hiflo cat,
seriously, honda exhaust sound like **** without a cat,
but with a cat, you actually have a chance of your car sounding nice!
(loud and nice are different things)
dynos have proven a hiflo cat is only slightly below a straightpipe as far as power goes.
i have a carsound 2.25,
they're cheap and effective
stay away from catco

And like Tad says, run a cat. these two together will rob you of maybe 2-3hp.

i have a pretty simular setup ..2.5 mandrel piping from the header back with an apexi N1 muffler and it is loud. my friend has the same setup on his hatch except he bought a 22" resonator from Kteller and there is a difference for sure. his is quieter but it is still kinda loud. i think if you run a resonator and a magnaflow/es oval style muffler you can have a pretty quiet exhaust.
carsounds 2.5 cat + es tuning 2.5 oval muffler = great combination
or magnaflow oval muffler sounds the same but cheaper
if you dont care about emissions at ALL get a glasspack and a es tuning or magnaflow oval muffler. es and magnaflow sound both sound deep yet cut down on noise a lot
I have the carsounds 2.5 cat with ES tuning 2.5 oval with a type R motor and all my boys with Type R's sweat the way my **** sounds

custom exhausts rule, hehe
i have an ITR bpipe, with the starting restriction removed, smaller resonator removed, a carsound 2.25", 2.5" axleback to an ebay muffler.
the sound is great, really low at lower rpms,
and GRRRR at higher rpms , heh.
not a HINT of that billygoat gruff raspiness you'd get with straight thru piping

i have a fully built b18 wich was runnin a straight pipe to an apexi n1 muffler. way too raspy and loud. all i did was add a resonator. i tried a few. and the nicest sound came for one called a "sweet talker"

did the resonator alone kill the raspiness?

yes it completely killed the raspy sound. but this was only with the one brand. the other one sounded just as bad as a straight pipe.
