JUN 3 camshaft and camgear degree Q???

JUN 3 camshaft and camgear degree Q???
I have my cam gear set at 0/0 and my car put down lower numbers that it should have 
I was sure that the tuner was gonna play with the cam gear settings...is all this meens that i have a basic tuning only??? The 1.8L engine put down 215/135 on a mustang dyno and im sure i have a couple more hp's left out somewhere

The point is not to find a way to boost up the numbers, its to try to find a way to settle everything to produce the power it should be thats it thats all
