there is this guy on HT who is selling the intake ITR cam only, can I only run one ITR cam and leave the exhuast one stock on my gsr head? I thought the exhuast one give you more Hp correct me if I am wrong but but will I actually lose power if I run the ITR intake cam shaft on one side and GSR on the other?

You will gain more power from the itr intake cam than the itr exhaust cam. You can run the itr intake cam and gsr exhaust cam combo and make some pretty good power. I'm currently running a ctr intake cam and gsr exhaust cam combo and its treating me very well. You will notice a gain in power.

while both will help you can run just the intake *or just the exhaust for less gain*
running just the intake you'll still snag a few HP for good price.
