how to install cams,springs,cam gears,valve seals,head on or off
i bought a set of obx stage 2 cams ,shunk2 cam springs,aem cam gears,timing belt and valve seals for my 99 si b16a and was wondering how hard the work is to do and weather to take the head off or leave it on, and what kind of power i will get out of it

do yourself a favor and do NOT put those cams in. search and you will see why
