I will replace the radiator on my year 2000 Honda Accord next week and I will obviously replace the coolant.
Unfortunately I don't have a Honda cars/shop dealer in my town, but there is a Honda bike dealer/shop, where I can get the Honda Genuine Coolant Type 2 that they put in the Honda bikes.
They only sell the 1 liter bottle with reference 08CLA-G01-6S1. They could't tell me if it's the same that is used in cars.

The bottle is similar to the ones that I had previously bought but I am not sure if it is the same stuff of if it's safe to use it in Honda cars.

Do you know if this is the same coolant? Is it safe to use it in Honda cars?

I don't know the answer to your question, but the automotive version is also called type 2 . It is blue and requires no mixing of water. You would be buying a lot of those bottles if they are the same. I would just order it online. If you have a Acura near you, it's the same fluid there.

Meanwhile found this guys which sells genuine Honda car parts, which also sells the Honda coolant with the same part number. They say it fits all Honda cars, so I guess it's safe to use it :-)

Also, I am from Portugal. No Acura here. And buy it online is way too expensive. 5 of these bottles is about the same price as a 5 liter bottle (30/35€).

Look at the 3 drops on the bottom of the label. automotive, powersports, and lawn equipment. must be standard coolant.
