Default h22 swap into CRX

im helpin my friend swap his h22a4 motor into a 91 CRX. all i know is that i have to relocate the battery. is there anything else i have to relocate/change/custom fabricate?

But he's right. If you turn it in such a way that the tranny is pointed up, and the timing belt is point down, it'll drop right in and right out to the ground.

actually its pretty tough,i have an h22 in my 90 civic hatch & my friend has one in a 89 crx!battery was relocated to the back of my passenger seat,we had to measure right to fab our own mounts,we had to bend our radius arms a little so the motor would fit,we also hammered the firewall just a little.headlight housing had to be shaved so the alternator would fit,we made our own crossmember,and made our own cable to hydraulic setup,anyways ill show you some pics of our cars!

BTW, Im suprissed you got the sk2 mani to fit.....how much beating on the firewall did you have to do?

yah i welded the mounts in i got the axles from raxles. they no what you need.

i remember that back in the day place racing mad mounts for this swap theres one in tucson that has them...
