personaly, i would de-stroke it, bore and sleeve. more reliable under boost, and you can rev higher. but this is all motor. n00b.

That's why people should consider the F20B motor more often when considering a nice build.

very true. my buddy Dan has a F20B in his accord. only prob is finding parts. i know the H22 and F20B are basicly the same, but i'm not to famillar. could you put a F20 crank in a H22 block? bore and sleeve that and you might have a tight little bitch.

Re: H22 STROKER KIT RELIABLE? (lucky one)
I dont think the F20B crank will fit in the closed deck H22 blocks and some 97-98 Blocks, because the main bearings are a bigger size. But you could fit it in a newer H22A with the larger main bearings.
I wanted to do this, but have an older JDM block. If you reuse the H22A pistons and just swap out crank and rods, displacement will be 2.1 liters.
But who makes rods for a F20B?

my plan of attack for an h22 would be similar to what others have suggested.
destroke, sleeve and bore to 90mm, 12.5-13.1 pistons(for the street), a set of healthy h23 cams, h23 head with the proper treatment of choice, twin 50-55mm Weber DCO carbs, depending on HP/torque curves either the stock 4.27 FD, 4.7 FD, or even a F22 trans 4.11 FD(depending on torque and peak hp #'s of course).
