EF B20Z stock bottom end header and OEM IM option
Hi guys
Im new with honda motors and wanna add some power to my EF swapped B20z motor.
I wanna know the best header option something budget like PLM.
Which OEM IM is the best way to gain some power?
Tips and advise are welcome
Thanks

def a Toda style header. 4-2-1 with a 2.5" collector if possible.
oem p30 is possibly the best oem manifold for an internally stock nonvtec but u have to do a small bit of fab work. I think most itr style loose midrange bad and u run out of rpm before it really makes good gains.
gearing and a good tune will help too. my b20z stock with a 3" short ram, p75im, toda rep, 2.25 header back and a street tune put down 148/145. biggest goal should be get parts that work together. the power will fall into place

i made 185whp i made a post on here of the build. but recently my friend and i have been playing with his b20b non v auto teggy it made 172whp and its all stock except ycp pistons and crowler 403 cams on stock valve springs. 3" cold air with blox v stack and the header everyone is telling u to use toda rep plm 4-2--1 header with 2.5" exhaust or 3" if u can stand the noise. best gain for my friend is a better intake manifold as we tryed a worked intake for a 70mm tb to work and didnt gain anything lost power. the key to making power in this engine is compression and cams are the key factors. btw my 185whp was on a tune made so i could run a 75 wet shot and not have to go back to my tunner and use my wideband to make sure afrs where at bay.

Not too far off. I found my old stock GSR springs while doing some packing last time I was in FL. I might have to play around with them in the junk head when I get set up. No way I would run stock ones with that cam though. Even with stock cams there is float above 6.5k, and there's no point in running a big cam if you can't rev it to peak power.
