m22 is actually short for m22x.
rocket is coming out with the m22xx which should have more mid range than the original cam.

if i could do it at once, and if you had the time, i would love to do a comparison with my toda bs vs another cam in my 85mm build when i go tune by you.

Thanks For the 3rd Party Verification! - Jeff Evans and Tbone

Like I said before 2005 is the "Year of the Cam". I am sure there will be more Skunk v. RM.

Awesome job Dave and Jeff at S2. Skunk is a very formidable competitor and has put out some great cams. The Pro 1's from our analysis is an improved version of the stage 2 with a more advanced non-vtec primary very similiar to the primary in the M22x.

The M22x primary was designed for ease of tuning, idle quality, gas mileage and killer vtec profile. I realized the need for easy tuning primaries because most of you guys are not tuners and paying $300 to tune kinda hurts.

Currently we are working on finalizing our new M24xx cam which we look forward to seeing 3rd party results against the S2 Pro 3's, Buddy Club V's, JUN IV's, and Toda D's.

Great Job, Jeff Evens, Tbone, and Skunk2.

I believe true K cams need to come with a progam to control the phasing of the intake cam.

Yes. You should have at least Supertech medium springs or Omnipower.

my friend got these cams on a 1.8 gsr with 11.1 (usdm b16 pistons 81mm) compression. skunk2 manifold, 440cc injectors,skunk2 cam gears, 4-1 jdm header, hondata, crushed 2.5'' piping and he maded 172 on a mustang dyno. He gained 25 horses over stock gsr cams. They're great cams but the idle is kinda rough. What cam gear settings did you use boosted ?
