Default compression question

so what i am planning on building i ran it thru a compression checker and it says 11.81:1 that is gsr block with gsr crank, itr pistons with gsr head and 2 layer head gasket.... i thought about using ctr pistons but from what i have been reading it tends to have problems..... but anywho i was wondering if 11.81:1 compression will be safe on 92 octane fuel.. and how should i exprect it to perform.. and or what lil tweeks can i do to create a safe amount of compression for 92 octane fuel...
sorry if im all over the place
thx in advance

According to http://www.bojangs.com/calculator, your compression with USDM ITR pistons would be 11:1, JDM ITR pistons would be 11.5:1. But whether it's 11:1, 11.5:1 or 11.8:1, you'll be fine on 92 octane as long as your tuner has the slightest idea what he's doing. My car's running fine on 93 octane with 12:1.
