Default Compression question

Ok the compression in a Type R is 10.6 and a GSR 10.0 right? Is compression raised above 10.6 when R pistons are swapped into the GSR. By how much and why? Interested in raising compression and a newbie.

Default Re: Compression question (speedymon)

the heads of the gsr and itr are different. The GSR head makes more compression. I dont know exactly how much USDM ITR pistons will make, but I believe JDM ITR pistons make just over 11:1.
