Remember cams and intake manifolds work hand in hand. For example, if you are not allowed to run more cam, then running a shorter-, fatter-runner IM acts like running more cam.

Same dynamics. Fat, short-runner ITB or skiner, longer-runner ITBs?
However, comparing ITBs to Manifolds, ITBs have the advantage that you don't get cross-runner contamination from intake reversion because of the common plenum that connects all the runners and allows exhaust from one cylinder (end of exhaust stroke) to contaminate the intake stroke of another cylinder.
So the engine runs more smoothly and has better response at low rpms and very aggressive (long duration) camshafts. For example, single carb VW has very poor low-rpm response with peformance cams, but with two dual-throat carbs (essentially like ITBs, one barrel per cylinder), the engine idles smoothly and is very responsive because there is no cross-contamination from reversion.

NO.
Sorry guys. Working has me swamped. And now selling house. Haven't have time to make an appointment. I'll get it done. This is way done the list of things to do right now.
Car runs great on the street tune right now. A little rich above VTEC, but who isn't. No real rush.

Update. Well the car was suppose to be on the dyno end of Oct-early Nov for a baseline before a 2.0ltr rebuild and transmission rebuild.
By all indications the car has been performing at my estimate 200whp/140tq, fuel duty cycle and street testing.
Unfortunately, it now has CEL Code 16. This error code and the cold are making it difficult to trouble shoot.
I know many people what to know how this is going. Sorry I haven’t been able complete. Last 10 months have been extremely busy.

Just a quick summary of all the stuff that seemed to fail at the same time.
Fuel Pump, replace new Edelbrock 195lph
Main Relay, replace OEM new
Fuel Injector Harness, new jumper harnesses from injector dynamics
Battery, new
last item IAB relay, wire pulled out, fixed
This is why it took so long to get running.
