Default which cams are best for my setup? (actual experience preferred)

The setup:
stock bore b18a1 block
USDM ITR pistons
unmilled GSR Head

At first i was thinking the 2001 type R cams would be for me, nice mid-range and peak power isnt made at 10,000 RPM. But then the skunk2's really started to sound appealing. I previously thought the stage one's were too close to the ITR's to justify spending the $$$ for them. And as far as the stage 2's, i didnt know if i really had enough compression and could spin the motor high enough to take full advantage of the cams... (i dont like revving over 8k).... so what do you guys think? anyone have any dynos of these cams being compared? where do stage 1's peak at? stage 2's? TIA....

I love my RLZ stage 2's. I'm running a stock block/head 96 ITR swap in my hatch...and they kick ***. i put down 191/132.4 with my STOCK cams....and when i put the stage 2's in...i couldn't believe the difference. The only downside, i never got to tune any on it, adjust the cams gears, or dyno it......it's in the process of coming back though, but it wouldn't be a fair comparrison.

but, the cams would be great, but i rev to 9500. if you want to rev as far down as 8,000ish...you can get RLZ stage 1's. They'll kick just about anything midrange...which is where a street car needs the most help.

give RLZ a call, they can help you out wiht everything you'd ever need.

I've seen some Toda Spec A dyno-graphs, and they seem like they'd suit your needs. They seem to make good power until about 8200 rpm, so you wouldn't be losing out too much on your power band. They're just slightly more aggressive than Type R cams, and if you can snag them for a good price, tehy could give you what your looking for. I'm running them in my car right now, no tuning as of yet though so I don't have any solid personal experience, sorry.

JUN3 = Skunk Stage 2, Dynamic Stage A's, Buddy Club III's.

M22's from RM work well in Mild LSVTEC's too.

All these cams make power a reasonable RPM on 87.2mm+ stroke.

I am not saying other cams won't do well in this set-up but I don't know much about other cam brands.

Just get good springs/ret for your set-up. Shoddy stuff here will kill the head.

Throw in a set of high flow valves as well and your golden.
